A hoffech chi dreulio blwyddyn o Fedi 2019 ymlaen ar leoliad cyflogedig a fyddai yn eich helpu i ddatblygu\u2019ch sgiliau, gwybodaeth ac ymroddiad dros heddwch tra \u2013 ar yr un pryd \u2013 yn cefnogi sefydliad yn eu gwaith dros fyd mwy cyfiawn, heddychlon a chynaliadwy?<\/p>\n<p>Os felly, beth am ymgeisio i fod yn Weithiwr Heddwch? Mae\u2019r cynllun yn agored ar gyfer ymgeiswyr nawr, tan y dyddiad cau, sef 2 Mai. Caiff Gweithwyr Heddwch eu hariannu am flwyddyn gan Quaker Peace and Social Witness. C\u00e2nt eu cefnogi gan sefydliad er mwyn datblygu prosiect heddwch neu drawsnewid gwrthdaro y bydd ganddynt gryn dipyn o berchnogaeth drosto. A wnewch chi ystyried y cyfle hwn eich hun, a hefyd ei hyrwyddo yn helaeth ymhlith rhwydweithiau rydych yn gysylltiedig \u00e2 nhw.<\/p>\n<p>Mae Canolfan Materion Rhyngwladol Cymru (WCIA) wedi derbyn gwahoddiad i ymgeisio i fod yn rhan o\u2019r cynllun, felly mae hi\u2019n bosibl y gallai fod lleoliad yn y Deml Heddwch yng Nghaerdydd. Pe byddai hyn yn digwydd, prif amcan y Gweithiwr Heddwch arbennig hwnnw fyddai parhau i ddatblygu Cynllun Ysgolion Heddwch a Gwobrau Heddychwyr Ifanc y WCIA. Y mae\u2019r rhain yn rhan o waddol y prosiect Cymru dros Heddwch a edrychodd ar dreftadaeth heddwch Cymru ers y Rhyfel Byd Cyntaf, a sut mae\u2019n berthnasol i wrthdaro a heddwch yn y byd sydd ohoni. Gall Ysgolion Heddwch fod yn ysgolion cynradd neu uwchradd lle mae heddwch yn ganolog i fywyd pob dydd disgyblion, lle mae cyfleoedd yn rhan o\u2019r cwricwlwm i ddysgu am a myfyrio dros hanesion am heddychwyr o Gymru a&#8217;r tu hwnt; a lle caiff disgyblion eu hannog i fod yn ddinasyddion beirniadol a gweithredol yng Nghymru a\u2019r byd.<\/p>\n<p>Peidiwch \u00e2 phetruso!
