During Autumn 2025, we are seeking external consultants / offer of expertise to support WCIA in delivering some time-bound projects with specialist skills and experience requirements. Tenders will be by invitation and recommendation, with a short turnaround for exporessions of interest (see deadlines below).

Website CMS Design Brief – Invitation to Quote

WCIA are rebranding under a new name, to be launched in December 2025. As part of this, we require a new website and content management system (CMS) optimised for our role as a content-rich informational hub for a wide range of audiences. Given the timeline and available capacity, the website will be launched in phases, with the existing site remaining live for a period of time whilst future-facing content is ‘migrated’ to the new CMS. We’re looking for a web development partner to support our team with the build, test and launch of Phase 1 of the new website, and to provide indicative costs / proposed methodologies for the Phases to follow.

Communications Project Lead – Consultancy Brief

Can you help us build a nation of global citizens who learn, collaborate, and act for peace, social, and climate justice? We’re looking for an exceptional communications consultant to help guide us through and deliver the final stages of WCIA’s rebrand. Over the past 2 years we’ve undertaken extensive research, engagement and creative development, and are excited to be relaunching under a new name and identity that better communicates our purpose and ambitions. At this pivotal juncture of the process, we recognise the need for additional communications expertise and capacity within the team to help ‘get things done’ and maximise joinup and potential with the new brand rollout.
